Janice Robinson I started taking Renew just over a week ago. My reason for trying renew was to improve my deep sleep. I have a Garmin watch that records my sleep patterns & before Renew I was only averaging 30 minutes deep sleep every night so was waking not feeling refreshed & energised, plus I had big rings under my eyes. Since starting the Renew I have doubled the amount of deep sleep I have each night, averaging over an hour. Is early days but am hoping if it continues I will develop a better sleepy pattern & feel more rested & energetic each day.

I've found the sleep I get is much more deeper and even if I get up in the night I can go straight back to sleep. I now feel great in the morning even if I'm up early. newlife_jenn I absolutely love this! I’ve been on it for almost a month now and I sleep much better. I suffer from insomnia due to my thyroid and not even the sleeping pills they gave me would work as well as Renew does 💕. I get deep sleep and yes I may wake up once or twice sometimes but I go right back to sleep and I’m sleeping at least 7 hours now instead of just 5 hrs. Thank so much!!!
